中文摘要:为了研究由氨基酸肥(AAF)、品质调控剂(RQP)和增香剂(RFS)单一及复合组分对香稻产量、品质、香气2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉(2-AP)和微量元素的影响,同时提高水稻生产集约化程度,减少生产过程中的劳动力投入。2015年在华南农业大学农场以‘象牙香占’和‘桂香占’为材料进行大田试验,在破口期喷施米质改良剂,研究单一类型改良剂及复合组分对香稻产量品质、香气2-AP和微量元素质量分数的影响。单一米质改良剂处理分别为1.5 kg·hm-2 AAF,3 kg·hm-2 RQP和3 kg·hm-2 RFS,复合米质改良剂处理包括3 kg·hm-2 RFS +3 kg·hm-2 RQP和3 kg·hm-2RFS +1.5 kg·hm-2 AAF。结果表明:复合米质改良剂处理显著增加香稻的千粒质量和产量,增加幅度分别达到2.26%~4.88%和8.46%~12.43%;但单一米质改良剂处理下只有3 kg·hm-2 RQP达到相同效果。各处理均能够显著降低香稻的直链淀粉质量分数、垩白粒率和垩白度,而复合米质改良剂还能够显著提高‘象牙香占’的糙米率和精米率。此外,复合米质改良剂处理较相应的单一米质改良剂具有更高的籽粒2-AP、Se和Zn质量分数。3 kg·hm-2RFS +1.5 kg·hm-2 AAF是所有处理中效果最好的,因其处理后的香稻具有最大的千粒质量与产量及最高的籽粒2-AP、Se和Zn质量分数。 |

Effect of Exogenous Spraying Rice Quality Regulator on Yield,Quality,2-AP and Trace Elements of Aromatic Rice |

Abstract:The effects of single and combined grain quality regulator treatments of amino acid fertilizer (AAF),rice quality promoter (RQP) and rice flavouring substance (RFS) on rice yield,quality,2-AP and trace element content were investigated during rupturing stage.Aromatic rice varieties,‘Xiangyaxiangzhan’ and ‘Guixiangzhan’,were selected as experimental materials,field experiment was conducted in SCAU farm in 2015. The single quality regulator treatments consisted of 1.5 kg·hm-2 of AAF,3 kg·hm-2 of RQP and 3 kg·hm-2 RFS. In case of combined quality regulator treatments,the treatments were 3 kg·hm-2 RQP+3 kg·hm-2 RFS and 1.5 kg·hm-2 AAF+3 kg·hm-2 RFS. Results showed that: combined treatments resulted in significantly increased 1 000-grain mass and yield of aromatic rice,reached 2.26%-4.88% and 8.46%-12.43%,respectively. While only single treatments of 3 kg·hm-2 RQP had the same effect. All treatments significantly decreased amylose content,percentage of chalky rice and chalkiness degree. Moreover,combined treatments significantly increased brown rice rate and milled rice rate in ‘Xiangyaxiangzhan’. Additionally,combined treatments had higher 2-AP,Se and Zn mass fraction in brown rice than single treatments. Grain quality regulator treatments of 1.5 kg·hm-2 AAF+3 kg·hm-2 RFS was consistently the best out of the entire quality regulator treatments for the best performance on yield,2-AP,Se and Zn mass fraction. |
