葡萄抗寒性与韧皮部糖分及内源激素积累的相关性

中文摘要:在大田环境下,以5个抗寒性不同的葡萄品种为试材,利用抗寒性评价模型对5个品种进行抗寒性排序,利用高效液相色谱法测定不同时期枝条韧皮部可溶性糖及内源激素的含量。研究抗寒性与不同时期枝条韧皮部可溶性糖及内源激素含量的相关性。结果表明,5个葡萄品种抗寒性依次为‘左山1号’>‘101-14’ >‘3309C’ >‘SO4’ >‘黑比诺’。在10月19日与11月12日两个取样时期,蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖和脱落酸(ABA)含量大小与葡萄抗寒性强弱完全一致,与抗寒性达显著或极显著正相关(r=0.908~0.965),相关系数均高于9月25日之前。除‘3309C’外,生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA3)在抗寒性越强的品种中含量越低,在9月1日之后与抗寒系数均呈显著或极显著负相关,相关系数均在10月19日取样时达到最大,分别为0.913、0.985。总的来说,在葡萄枝条生长发育后期,高含量的蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖和ABA以及低含量的GA3和IAA均可提高葡萄的抗寒性。蔗糖、葡萄糖、ABA和GA3含量对葡萄抗寒性的影响大于果糖和IAA。

Correlation on Grape Cold Tolerance, Ddissoluble Sugar and Accumulation of Endogenous Hormones in Phloem
Abstract:Under field condition, five cold-resistant grape varieties were used as materials, five cold-resistant grape varieties were ranked by use of cold tolerance evaluation model, and the content of soluble sugars and endogenous hormones in the bast of branches during the different periods were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the cold resistance order of the five grape varieties:‘Zuoshan 1’ > ‘101-14’ > ‘3309C’ > ‘SO4’> ‘Pinot Noir’.In addition, we found that the sucrose, fructose, glucose, and ABA(Abscisic acid) contents of the five grape varieties were significantly or strongly correlated with their cold hardiness when samples were collected on October 19 and November 12(r=0.908-0.965), and the correlation coefficients during these periods were higher than those before September 25.Except for ‘3309C’,IAA(Auxin) and GA3(Gibberellic acid) were at lower level in the higher cold-resistant varieties.In addition, there was a significant or extremely significant negative correlation between the cold hardiness coefficient and the content of the two hormones in branches after September 1, which reached maximum of 0.913 and 0.985 on October 19, respectively.This study indicated that high levels of sucrose, glucose, fructose, and ABA and low levels of GA3 and IAA can improve the cold resistance of grapes during the later stages of branch development.Furthermore, in terms of the cold resistance of grapes, the sucrose, glucose, ABA, and GA3 respond more effectively than the fructose and IAA.
