三江源典型天然草地土壤水溶性有机碳分布特征

中文摘要:全球气候变化背景下,为探寻青藏高原腹地土壤水溶性有机碳(WSOC)分布特征及影响因素,将三江源地区土壤按地域空间和3种典型草地类型进行划分,以活动层土壤为对象,采用野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法,研究土壤有机碳(SOC)及WSOC含量分配特征,并采用随机森林模型进行气候因子贡献率分析。结果表明,三江源高寒草地土壤WSOC平均含量为250 mg·kg-1,分布地带性特征明显,东南向西北逐渐降低,东部、中部与西部间差异显著,WSOC/SOC平均为7.66‰,东部、中部与西部差异不显著;3种天然高寒草地类型土壤WSOC含量为60~350 mg·kg-1,高山灌丛草甸最高,高寒草原最低,高山灌丛草甸和高寒草甸显著高于高寒草原;3种天然高寒草地类型土壤WSOC/SOC 为6.8‰~8.3‰,高寒草原略高于高寒草甸、高山灌丛草甸,三者间差异不显著;三江源全境土壤和3种典型草地类型土壤WSOC含量与各气候因子间均呈显著或极显著相关。随机森林模型预测结果显示:高原冷寒环境中,WSOC含量的预测气候因子中除年均降水量(MAP)贡献率最高外,年均光照时数(ASD)也是影响其变化的主要因素之一,年平均气温(MAT)反而略显次要。

Characteristics of Soil Water-Soluble Organic Carbon in Typical Natural Grassland in Three-River Source Region
Abstract:With the changing global climate,there is a need to investigate the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of water-soluble organic carbon (WSOC) in typical natural grassland of the hinterland of the Tibetan plateau.We categorized the grassland in the Three-River Source Region based on geographical space and three typical natural alpine grassland types (alpine steppe,alpine meadow and alpine shrub meadow).Active soil samples were collected and used to study the distribution characteristics of soil organic carbon (SOC) and its WSOC content using both field investigation and indoor analysis.Finally,we conducted an analysis of the contribution of climate factors using a random forest model.The average WSOC content in the alpine grassland soil of the Three-River Source Region was 250 mg·kg-1 with distinctive topographic zone characteristics.This parameter gradually decreased from southeast to northwest.The difference among the eastern,central and western parts was significant.The average WSOC/SOC content of the soil was 7.66‰ with few spatial differences; the WSOC content of the soils of three natural alpine grassland types ranged from 60 to 350 mg·kg-1.The alpine shrub meadow had the highest content,while the alpine steppe had the lowest.The alpine shrub meadow and alpine meadow were significantly higher than the alpine steppe; the WSOC/SOC of the three natural alpine grassland types ranged from 6.8‰ to 8.3‰,with the alpine steppe slightly higher than the alpine meadow and alpine shrub meadow .The difference among them was not significant; However,as previously explored in this article,WSOC content was significantly or highly significantly correlated with various climate factors.The results of random forest model predictions shows that in the Plateau cold environment,mean annual precipitation (MAP)contributes the most to the prediction of WSOC content among the climate factors.Annual sunshine hours (ASD) is also one of the main factors affecting its variation,while mean annual temperature (MAT) is slightly less important.
