中文摘要:以不同生长年限的唐古特大黄叶片为材料,探究不同年限唐古特大黄叶片形态变异和叶绿素快速光曲线最适拟合模型。结果表明,通过对比决定系数(R)、均方根误差(RMSE)和平均相对误差绝对值(MAE),得出不同生长年限唐古特大黄叶片最适快速光曲线拟合模型均为双曲线修正模型。不同生长年限唐古特大黄叶片形态的变化对双曲线修正模型初始斜率(α)无影响,最大电子传递效率(Jmax)、饱和光强(PARsat)都是5 a生及以上(大型叶)最高,1 a生(小型叶)和3 a生(中型叶)次之,这表明5 a生及以上唐古特大黄叶片对强光的适应能力最强,光合效能最高。 |

Comparison of Fitting Models of Rapid Light Curves and Leaf Morphology of Rheum tanguticum at Different Growth Years |

Abstract:This study investigated the morphological variation and the optimal fitting models for the rapid light curves of Rheum tanguticum leaves at different growth years. The results showed that modified rectangular hyperbolic models were the optimal models for fitting rapid light curves of R.tanguticum leaves at different growth years based on the coefficient of determination (R),root mean square error (RMSE) and mean relative error (MAE). Changes in leaf morphology of R. tanguticum leaves at different growth years had no effect on the initial slope (α) of the modified rectangular hyperbolic models. The maximum electron transfer efficiency (Jmax) and saturated light (PARsat) were the highest in the leaves older than 5 years,followed by the 1-year-old small leaves and the 3-year-old medium leaves. This indicated that the leaves older than 5 years were the most adaptive to the strongest light,and exhibited the highest photosynthetic efficacy. |
