| 中文摘要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了甘肃56株玉米大斑病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性。结果表明,甘肃玉米大斑病菌对戊唑醇敏感性差异较大,EC50介于0.011~0.512 μg/mL,平均EC50为0.088 μg/mL;其中有51个菌株EC50呈连续性正态分布,平均EC50为0.063 μg/mL,此值即为甘肃玉米大斑病菌对戊唑醇的敏感基线。基于此,发现2株抗性菌株,平均敏感性水平为1.4,抗性频率为3.57%,其中陇南地区和陇中地区各出现1株抗性菌株,依次占3.57%和7.69%。 |

| Sensitivity Determination of Setosphearia turcica to Tebuconazole in Gansu Province |

| Abstract:To determine the sensitivity of Setosphaeria turcia in Gansu province to tebuconazole,the mycelium growth rate method was used to assess the sensitivity of 56 strains.The results showed that the sensitivity of S.turcia to tebuconazole varied greatly,with EC50values ranging from 0.011 to 0.512 μg/mL and an average EC50 value of 0.088 μg/mL.Among them,51 isolates exhibited a continuously normal distribution of EC50 values,with an average EC50 of 0.063 μg/mL,which was defined as the sensitivity baseline of S.turcica to tebuconazole in Gansu.Based on this baseline,two resistant strains were identified,with an average sensitivity level of 1.4 and a resistance frequency of 3.57%.One resistant strain was found in the southern region of Gansu and another in the central region,accounting for 3.57% and 7.69%,respectively. |
